FCT: Wike approves resumption of work on abandoned Utako General Hospital, orders upgrade of others

During the 19th meeting of the Federal Capital Territory Executive Committee (FCT EXCO) led by Nyesom Wike, approval was given for the immediate resumption of work on the long-abandoned Utako General Hospital in Abuja. The project will include complete construction, staffing, and equipment procurement. The government also approved contracts for the renovation and modernization of all FCT general hospitals, including new medical equipment such as X-ray machines and diagnostic tools.
