Adamawa govt suspends education board secretary over alleged irregularities

The Executive Secretary of the Adamawa State Post Primary Schools Management Board, Mr. Birsan Penuel, has been suspended due to alleged irregularities in his duties. Governor Ahmadu Fintiri approved the suspension to allow for a thorough investigation. In the meantime, the most senior director in the board has been directed to take over the board's affairs to ensure the continuity of its activities.
