Spokesperson Irené Agossa emphasized governance focused on proximity and listening, as well as enhanced military cooperation with neighboring countries. Macroeconomic indicators also improved, with the state budget exceeding 4,148 billion FCFA and a sovereign rating upgrade by Moody's.
