10th edition of SAGASDOM: Ivorian cashew nut conquering international tables

During the 10th edition of the Salon de la Gastronomie de l’Outre-Mer et des Cuisines du Monde (SAGASDOM), the Ivorian cashew nut will be highlighted in Paris. A working session took place on August 28, 2026, led by Ms. Marville Marina, to discuss ways to promote this product. The Ivorian chefs present expressed their intention to conduct culinary demonstrations and create original recipes based on cashew, showcasing the diversity of its culinary uses.
