‘Every venue will sell out’: I’ll demand $500,000 per show if I tour with Wizkid, says Davido

Davido said on the IONWANNATALK show that a world tour with Wizkid would sell out every venue and that he would ask for $500,000 per show. He was less certain that a song together would become a hit, pointing to the collaboration between D’banj and 2Baba as an example. The two artists have not recorded together in about ten years, not because they could not work together, but because they were not in the same mental space. Davido also said he had moved past their disagreements and that it takes maturity to acknowledge when one’s feelings have changed.
