50 Cent Gets Temporary Restraining Order Against Tia Kemp to Protect His 14-Year-Old Son

A Miami-Dade County judge granted a temporary restraining order on October 26, 2026, sought by 50 Cent—whose legal name is Curtis Jackson—on behalf of his 14-year-old son, Sire. Tia Kemp, the mother of Rick Ross’s son, is barred from coming within 150 meters of Sire or contacting him, including through social media; she must also surrender any firearms and ammunition to law enforcement. Jackson alleges that Kemp repeatedly targeted him online, causing his son humiliation and emotional distress. The order expires on November 3, when both parties are due in court; the dispute escalated after 50 Cent publicly mocked reports of an assault involving William Roberts III, Kemp and Rick Ross’s son.

The organization called on Senegalese authorities to strengthen his consular support and, in coordination with his lawyers, facilitate a review of any appeals available under US law. HSF also called for a national unit to coordinate assistance for Senegalese citizens detained abroad and guide their families.

DRC: Fayulu condemns Prince Epenge’s detention and demands respect for his fundamental rights

Martin Fayulu has condemned the detention of Prince Epenge, Lamuka spokesperson and ADD Congo president, who was arrested Sunday at N’djili airport while preparing to travel to Rome. Epenge was transferred Tuesday to the Kinshasa/Gombe prosecutor’s office after two days at the National Cyber Defense Council and is accused of spreading false rumors about the death of Manassé Lomboto, who was killed during an opposition march on September 15. Fayulu is demanding respect for Epenge’s rights, an independent investigation and accountability without political pressure, and has urged the courts to examine a complaint filed by the C64. Epenge’s passport, seized by the Directorate General of Migration, has not been returned.
