2026 Ballon d’Or: Mbappé Leads Dembélé and Yamal in French Poll

On the eve of the Ballon d’Or ceremony, scheduled for October 26 in London, Kylian Mbappé leads an Odoxa poll conducted on October 20 and 21 among 1,005 French adults. He received 23% of the vote, ahead of Ousmane Dembélé at 18%, while Lamine Yamal and Michael Olise each received 11%. Dembélé had named Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Harry Kane among his three choices, leaving Yamal out; Yamal says his trophies make him a legitimate contender for the award.
