2027: ADC dares court, INEC, holds convention

Despite a court order and political moves to deny it use of a venue, the Senator David Mark-led African Democratic Congress (ADC) held its National Convention in Abuja. Party leaders ratified the constitution and processes that led to Mark's emergence. The Federal High Court ordered the ADC not to proceed with the convention, while the Supreme Court is set to hear an appeal regarding the leadership crisis in the party on April 22.
