2027: Amaechi reveals which Tinubu policies Atiku will continue if elected president

Rotimi Amaechi, Atiku Abubakar’s running mate in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), said the party would retain Bola Tinubu’s economic policies that do not harm Nigerians if Atiku wins the 2027 presidential election. Policies considered harmful would be discontinued after a review with the cabinet. Speaking on News Central TV, Amaechi accused the Tinubu administration of overtaxing Nigerians and cited a law that he said could take 25 million naira from a 100-million-naira bank account without the holder’s consent. He challenged Tinubu to a debate and said the law had been passed but was not yet being implemented.
