2027: APC urges INEC to stick to its timetable

APC national chairman Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda urged Nigeria’s electoral commission, INEC, to follow its published timetable for the 2027 general elections and apply the rules equally to all parties. Yilwatda said APC had begun campaigning and submitted its candidates to INEC, and cited the party’s roughly 13 million members, 31 governors, 88 senators and 208 members of the House of Representatives.
