2027: Atiku, Amaechi and Obi will gamble with your destiny, Wike warns Rivers voters

Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike urged residents of Rivers State to reject Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi and Peter Obi, calling them “kalokalo” gamblers, and support Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027. Speaking at a Rainbow Coalition town hall in Ayama, he defended projects delivered in Abua/Odual and said voters should judge candidates by their record. Wike also backed Kingsley Chinda for governor, named several APC candidates for legislative seats, and endorsed PDP candidate John Iderima for the state constituency. Chinda praised Wike’s community-level campaigning and promised a “bottom-up” approach to government.
