2027: Don’t make promises you can’t fulfil, Maraya warns politicians

Islamic scholar Sheikh Haliru Maraya warned Kaduna politicians against making unrealistic promises to win votes in 2027. He emphasized that reinstating the fuel subsidy would be financially unsustainable for Nigeria's economy, which cannot bear the associated costs.
