2027: Makinde’s camp names 12 states that will stop Tinubu [FULL LIST]

Seyi Makinde’s camp, representing the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) presidential candidate, says he will defeat Bola Tinubu in 12 states in the 2027 presidential election. In a statement on Saturday, strategic communications director Richard Ihediwa named Rivers, Oyo, Kaduna, Plateau, Borno, Enugu, Bauchi, Sokoto, Delta, Kano, Adamawa and Lagos, as well as the Federal Capital Territory. The group blamed public resentment on economic hardship and accused Tinubu’s policies and inner circle of deepening discontent, while the administration spends trillions of naira on what it called wasteful projects. It said planned presidential visits would not change voters’ determination to remove Tinubu from office.
