2027 Presidency: Court adjourns Atiku's suit challenging Tinubu's eligibility to Sept 28

The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned to September 28 the proceedings on Atiku Abubakar's suit challenging President Bola Tinubu's eligibility for re-election in 2027 over alleged certificate forgery. Atiku claims that Tinubu submitted a fake National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He asserted that the certificate, which bears the name 'Tinubu Bola Adekunle', does not belong to Tinubu and is a forgery.
