2027: Rivers Assembly candidate dumps NDC, pitches tent with ADP

Hon. Desmond Stephen, a popular philanthropist and grassroots politician, has officially resigned from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to join the Action Democratic Party (ADP). Stephen is now the ADP's candidate for Okrika Constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, claiming that the ADP's platform better aligns with his vision for education and local development.
