2027: Why I’m the best candidate to govern Ogun — Yayi

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, known as Yayi, is making the case for his 2027 bid to govern Ogun State, citing 24 years of legislative experience and his accountancy background. DRC: “Joseph Kabila was forced to reveal himself by taking charge of the aggression against his own country in the interests of Rwanda,” says André Mbata

André Mbata, permanent secretary of the Union sacrée de la nation, accuses former president Joseph Kabila of leading the AFC/M23 and establishing the Front pour la refondation de la nation (FRN) to destabilize the DRC and serve the interests of Rwanda and its allies. He urges the presidential majority’s political forces to mobilize against Kabila and the FRN. Mbata calls for public, peaceful demonstrations across the DRC and among the Congolese diaspora before the end of October 2026. He also advocates a constitutional reform barring a former president who has been finally convicted or taken up arms against the country from retaining lifetime-senator status.
