Benin: MSEC launches a new initiative in border municipalities

On October 27, 2026, Minister Delegate Djibril Mama Cissé opened a national workshop to assess the first three years of the Coastal States Stability Mechanism (MSEC) and set priorities for the next three-year phase. German Ambassador Stefan Buchwald emphasized rebuilding trust between communities, public institutions and security forces.
