Puzzle of Airtel’s licence status as CA issues new notice

Questions have arisen regarding the status of Airtel Kenya's licence a month after the operator claimed it received a 25-year permit. The Communications Authority of Kenya stated that Airtel's applications for a network provider permit and satellite provider authorization are still pending approval, with a public submission period until September 28. Meanwhile, Safaricom recently announced it secured a new 25-year operating licence.
