3 killed, 7 injured in separate Ogun road crashes

Three people were killed and seven injured in two crashes on Saturday in Ogun State, along the Sagamu-Ikorodu and Ota-Idiroko roads. Around 4:10 p.m. near Kam Steel, a pickup van struck a tricycle after driving out of an access road; one woman died at the scene and two others were injured. Earlier, at about 3:25 p.m. in Agarawu, brake failure caused a yellow Howo truck to ram into a tricycle, killing a man and a woman and injuring five people. TRACE spokesman Babatunde Akinbiyi said the injured were taken to hospital and emergency responders cleared the crash scenes and restored traffic flow.
