HELB Urges Students to Correct Wrong Institution Details Before Disbursement

The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) warned students who applied for loans and scholarships with incorrect institution details to correct these errors before their loans reach the disbursement stage. Students must make these corrections during the allocation phase, as once the loan is in the disbursement stage, institution details can no longer be changed. HELB also reminded students to confirm they received a completion message after submitting their application.
