Mr. Faye, a mosque imam in Saly Carrefour and repeat offender, was arrested for selling I. Bâ a fictitious land in Médine, Mbour, for 18 million CFA francs, using fake documents. After the sale, I. Bâ found out the land did not belong to Faye, who had no authentic parcels in the area. He filed a complaint, and Faye, with over ten convictions for land fraud, was detained at Mbour prison.
