3rd Edition of the Public Access to Information Rights Days 2026: Moving from Access to Action

The third edition of the Days of the Right to Access Public Information (JDAIP) opened on September 24, 2026, at the Prime Minister’s auditorium in Abidjan, under the theme 'Moving from Access to Action'. The opening ceremony was attended by figures such as Anne-Marie Konan Payne of the CAIDP and Minister of Communication Amadou Coulibaly, who delivered the keynote on media communication and information access challenges. Building on previous editions focused on rights and protections, this year aims to turn principles into concrete initiatives, including the implementation of seven recommendations from 2025.
