The trial for the murder of Federico Aramburu, former Argentine rugby international, opens in Paris more than four years after his death. Two former members of a far-right group, Loik Le Priol and Romain Bouvier, are charged with murder and attempted murder. Aramburu was killed during an altercation near Boulevard Saint-Germain in March 2022, following a dispute that escalated into a fight. The three defendants fled the scene, and Romain Bouvier is also accused of having shot Aramburu.
