Hong Kong launches the first Five-Year Strategic Plan for 2026-2030 in a special blueprint of 60,000 characters

The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, John Lee, unveiled the first Five-Year Plan for economic and social development. This plan, structured into seven parts and 28 chapters, sets 105 indicators covering economic development, housing, and livelihood improvement. It aims to consolidate Hong Kong's status as an international financial center while accelerating its development as an innovation and technology hub.
