Transfer Market: With Ounahi, Ajax Takes on More of a 'Little Morocco' Vibe!

Ajax has reached an agreement with Girona for the transfer of 26-year-old midfielder Azzedine Ounahi for around 10 million euros. Ounahi, who had a good season with Girona and scored two goals at the 2026 World Cup with Morocco, is set to join the Dutch club shortly after the arrival of fellow Moroccan Sofyan Amrabat. These transfers enhance the Moroccan presence within the Ajax team.
