Nigerian newspapers review: Court sacks Mark-led ADC executive and voids Atiku’s 2027 candidacy

The Federal High Court in Abuja sacked the African Democratic Congress (ADC) executive led by Senator David Mark and voided all its actions, including the selection of Atiku Abubakar as the party’s 2027 presidential candidate. Families of ten travellers abducted at Ijebu Awa, between Ogun and Oyo states, said the kidnappers were demanding 25 million naira.
