Algeria: Hemdani’s probable 26-man squad to face Togo

Brahim Hemdani is expected to announce his squad on Thursday for Algeria’s two matches against Togo on November 14 and 17 in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Luca Zidane, having served his suspension, is tipped to return alongside Melvin Mastil and Abdellatif Ramdane, although the goalkeeper pecking order remains uncertain. Rayan Aït-Nouri is expected to miss out because of his dispute with the coaching staff, while Zineddine Belaïd is at risk after a disappointing previous camp. Rafik Belghali could return depending on his fitness, and Mohamed Azzi may benefit from Saâdi Radouani’s unconvincing performances.
