100 billion seized: Where has the money recovered by the Financial Judicial Pool gone?

The financial prosecutor, El Hadji Alioune Abdoulaye Sylla, announced that the Financial Judicial Pool has seized or guaranteed over 100 billion FCFA in two years, with 750 cases processed and 1,391 individuals referred. However, this amount consists of 40.6 billion FCFA in cash and receivables valued at 59.342 billion FCFA, not corresponding to available treasury for the state. Seized assets also include vehicles and housing.
