Odii condemns reprisal killings and offers to pay victims’ medical bills

Chief Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii, the PDP’s 2027 governorship candidate in Ebonyi State, condemned reported reprisal killings involving residents of Ebonyi and Anambra after the death of Mmesoma and two Ebonyi men. He offered to pay hospital bills for victims and provide rice and other essential food to affected families, while urging residents to avoid retaliatory attacks and let the law take its course. Odii called on the Anambra government and security agencies to prevent further violence, and urged community and religious leaders to promote reconciliation. He also warned against spreading unverified reports and inflammatory statements that could escalate the crisis.
