Paris court finds Swiftair guilty over 2014 Mali crash that killed 116

The court ordered Swiftair to pay a maximum fine of 225,000 euros. The ruling cited negligence in crew training regarding icy conditions, including the captain's incomplete proficiency check and lack of refresher flights after inactivity.
