Goalkeeper in London-based club chosen to become king in Uganda

George Kamurasi, a 36-year-old goalkeeper playing for a non-league club in London, has been chosen as the next king of the Tooro people in Uganda. He succeeds his late cousin, King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, who died at the age of 34. Although Kamurasi is known for his dynamic personality, he is reluctant to leave London, where he lives with his wife and son, to take on his royal responsibilities in Uganda.
