We’ve traced 53 Ebola contacts, to pay each N100,000 weekly – NCDC

They include 47 health workers at the hospital where she was treated, as well as her husband, driver, chef and three emergency-room health workers. NCDC Director-General Jide Idris said each person in quarantine would receive 100,000 naira per week and be monitored for 21 days, while secondary contacts would also be traced. A suspected case in Rivers State tested negative, and the patient’s condition improved markedly after multiple-organ failure.
