HELB Explains Four-Year Funding Limit, Issues Directive to Affected Students

The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) clarified that some students under the old funding model have not received their funds due to the official duration of their courses. Students who have exceeded the maximum four years of study can no longer receive funding unless they provide a letter from their Dean confirming their enrollment. This directive aims to assist students whose studies have been extended in obtaining the necessary funds.
