Already fallen for 100 million FCFA, the tumultuous Khady Diagne caught by a former minister

The Division of Criminal Investigations (DIC) has opened an investigation against Khady Diagne, accused by former minister-advisor Papa Diallo of falsifying a lease to obtain a construction permit in Ouest-Foire. Khady Diagne, already involved in a case of attempted fraud, faces additional accusations regarding a false lease. She had previously denied the allegations related to a fraud case in Ngor-Almadies, where she was accused of using a forged notarial power of attorney.
