Police crack down on protests against constitutional change in DR Congo

Protests erupted in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, against proposed constitutional changes by President Felix Tshisekedi that could allow him to seek a third term. Police used tear gas to disperse demonstrators, resulting in at least 10 arrests. The protests, organized by the opposition coalition 'C64', also took place in Lubumbashi and Uvira, despite restrictions imposed by authorities.
