Napoli has confirmed that 29-year-old Scott McTominay is set to undergo corrective surgery due to a mild benign arrhythmia. This condition, which causes an irregular heart rhythm, is not life-threatening and could be resolved after the procedure. The cardiac arrhythmia ablation (PFA) will create tiny scars in the heart to block faulty signals and restore a typical heartbeat. McTominay is expected to be available again after the international break.
