Djibril Gaye, a security agent at the University Works Center of Dakar, has been charged with conspiracy, crimes against humanity, and acts of torture, and has been placed in custody. Amadou Guindo Traoré, a former employee of the Minister of Youth, has also been charged but released under judicial supervision.
