Benin: The CES temporarily relocates to new addresses

Benin’s Economic and Social Council (CES) is temporarily leaving its historic headquarters from October 23, 2026, to make way for construction of a new building. Its offices, staff and services of the former Republic Mediator will move to two locations in Cotonou: Marina Tower, Building B, on the sixth floor, and a building on Rue de l’UEMOA. Secretary-General Aziz Armel Paraïso announced the move in a statement. The CES says its duties and public services will continue as usual during the transition.
