DRC: Jean-Pierre Lihau praises reforms implemented at ENA and calls for all public services to follow suit

The Deputy Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Lihau presided over the presentation of the 2025 annual report of the National School of Administration (ENA) in Kinshasa. The director general of ENA, Tombola Muke, highlighted significant reforms in 2025, including ISO 9001 certification and the creation of a new direction for consulting services. The year also saw the organization of the first annual public service conferences, aimed at promoting excellence in public services in the DRC.
