Reel It Senegal admits to pocketing 1.4 billion FCFA without any signed contract

Parliamentary deputies questioned Mandiol Ngom, former CEO of Reel It Senegal, who admitted that the company received 1.4 billion FCFA without any signed contract. Reel It Senegal claimed to have received this amount through the 'One Student, One Computer' program, but no delivery was made. The company also participated in multiple markets in 2021 and 2025, but without actual deliveries, despite numerous correspondences and official meetings.
