Canal 2’Or: Fingon Tralala raises internet problems and power cuts

At the anniversary edition of Canal d’or at the Yaoundé Congress Centre, attended by Chantal Biya, comedian Fingon Tralala criticized internet connectivity in Cameroon. He also addressed power outages, saying he had brought a lamp as a precaution. His remarks come as influencers circulate a call to boycott telecom operators over what they describe as abnormal depletion of data bundles and phone credit. Users have called this alleged practice “megabyte theft,” but the accusation is not established as fact.
