US energy secretary will travel to Venezuela to unveil oil arrangement

US Energy Secretary Chris Wright is set to travel to Venezuela after the South American country approved a deal allowing the US to take effective control of a large portion of its oil reserves. The interim government of Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez has defended the agreement as a boost to the country's economy. However, some lawmakers in the National Assembly expressed concerns, calling for the terms of the agreement to be published.
