Liverpool vs Man City: Premier League – teams, prediction, Haaland, charges | Football | Al Jazeera

Manchester City will face Liverpool at Anfield on October 11 in the Premier League matchday 6. City, currently top of the league, is under scrutiny after being found guilty of arranging sham deals to artificially inflate revenues and cut costs from 2009 to 2018, a period during which they won three Premier League titles. Liverpool fans are expected to give a hostile reception following the findings, and manager Enzo Maresca is confident they will win their appeal. The season remains in limbo pending the appeal decision and any potential sanctions.
