Nigeria's real GDP grew by 4.43% year-on-year in Q2 2026, up from 4.23% in the same quarter of 2025. This growth was supported by improvements in the manufacturing, agriculture, and services sectors, with the latter expanding by 4.60%. The Ministry of Finance also noted an appreciation of the naira, contributing to an estimated 17% expansion of the economy in US dollar terms.
