Journalist and former editor-in-chief of La Voix du paysan Martin Nzegang has addressed an open letter to Cameroon’s minister of livestock, fisheries and animal industries following reports that locally produced chicken and eggs were contaminated. Nzegang also raises concerns about the fish sector and urges the minister to steer its leading importer toward production amid strong demand.
