Court orders enforcement against Rahamaniyya group Chairman’s properties over $40m debt

Properties linked to Alhaji Abdulrahman Musa Bashar, Chairman of the Rahamaniyya Group, have been sealed in Lagos and Abuja following enforcement proceedings over a $40 million debt. The enforcement was initiated after Petrichor Energy FZCO obtained court orders to recover the amount. The Federal High Court in Lagos authorized enforcement actions based on a judgment from the High Court of Justice in England, including writs of attachment and sale of assets belonging to Bashar and Ultimate Oil & Gas FZCO.
