After 10 promotions organized, ENA has injected 843 Enarques into the public administration in DRC

The National School of Administration (ENA) in the Democratic Republic of Congo has trained 843 Enarques over 10 promotions since the official start of recruitment on September 15, 2026, by Deputy Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Lihau. The selection process is held annually through a rigorous, transparent competition open to all citizens, with the 2027-2028 session upcoming. Applicants must be nationals, aged 35 or younger, and hold at least a Bac+5 degree, with free access to all stages of the competition.
