US judge rules against Trump’s effort to deport pro-Palestinian students

A US federal judge ruled that the Trump administration violated the constitutional rights of international students by attempting to punish them for criticizing Israel's war on Gaza. Judge Noel Wise criticized the State Department and DHS for trying to deport noncitizens over protected speech.
