Yoon deployed soldiers and police to the National Assembly, but lawmakers rejected the measure and the government withdrew it about six hours after it was announced.

The organization says military pressure has displaced the group rather than dismantled it and recommends long-term civilian strategies, including helping communities resolve local conflicts exploited by the ADF.
