On October 21, 2026, in Kinshasa, ARSP Director General Juan Ted Beleshayi Kasanda presented certificates to 55 inspectors following capacity-building training. The ceremony was held under the patronage of Justin Kalumba Mwana-Ngongo, Minister of Entrepreneurship and SME Development.
